Risen Redeemer - Opa's April Hope Prayer

God of the resurrection, you make all things new. When our lives are filled with wind, rain, and cold you offer us calm, protection and warmth. You use our busy and complaining lives to redesign us into usable vessels, IF we listen carefully to your care full instruction. Indeed, Father, you are the potter and we are the clay that you use to make Your mission come alive in our family, among our friends and throughout our community.  

During this time of year we are again aware of how You not just redeem, but redesign your earth. We pray that we may be part of Your grace full renewal. Keep us content with our created limitations and strengthen us to see how You may rebuild us through Your amazing grace when we are insufficient or misguided. In the resurrection may we see not just eternal, but also reinvigorated life.  And, finally, lead us also to others, especially those in need in Your creation so that the mercy we show them may bring glory to the Son. Mold us and fashion us all into the image of the resurrected Christ. 

In Your Holy Name we Pray.  Amen.
